Pourquoi “Eco Guest House”?

Qu’est-ce qu’il y a d’écologique? AliseA est très écologique, à partir du début de son projet. Elle a été construite pour obtenir le maximum d’isolation thermique et elle est certifiée en classe A+. La partie hors-terre est préfabriquée.
L’air à l’intérieur des chambres est renouvelé automatiquement avec une récupération presque complète de l’énergie thermique.
Le chauffage au plancher est alimenté par de l’eau tiède venant d’un système de géothermie. De même l’eau chaude sanitaire est obtenue par le système géothermique.
La climatisation estivale est obtenue en rafraîchissant le plancher par une circulation d’eau venant du même système géothermique.
Les ampoules et les appareils électroménagers sont en classe A ou A+. Le débit des robinets est contrôlé etc…
Toute l’électricité consommée provient de sources renouvelables.


 

Animaux

Les chiens et les chats sont admis à notre discrétion. Il y a des règles à suivre:

  • ne pas utiliser la vaisselle de la chambre pour les animaux
  • ne pas laisser monter les animaux sur le lit
  • ne les laisser seuls dans la chambre

    4. Select a time interval at the top. To delete all data select "All"
    5. Check the boxes relating to the options "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"
